Hoerath's Heavenly Hounds is a small kennel in Northwest Missouri that is licensed by the State of Missouri. Barb personally tends to each and every dog, every day. The dogs are kept in a climate controlled, sterile environment. The mothers are housed separately and are fed a diet rich in nutrients while they are pregnant and nursing. When necessary, Barb bottle feeds babies and tends to their every need. The Hoerath's Heavenly Hounds Kennel is a closed kennel, meaning we do not allow anyone into the facility. This is for the health and safety of your heaven sent hound. Also, Barb microchips every puppy that leaves the kennel- just one more way she ensures the safety of your puppy, should they ever become lost. We have the best interests of your newest family member held closely to our hearts. We hope you love the newest member of your family as much as we already do! ***EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2009*** All of Hoerath's Heavenly Hounds go home with a three year guarantee from, in the case of death, a genetic related disorder. The owner must provide written documentation from a veterinarian after a necropsy has been performed stating the cause of the puppy's death within three (3) days of their passing. After Hoerath's Heavenly Hounds' veterinarian has approved the diagnosis; the puppy will be replaced with a puppy of the same sex and value within twelve (12) months of passing. *This applies to puppies purchased on or after the above stated date. * Unfortunately we are unable to provide cash refunds In order to reserve your "heaven sent" hound, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the price of your puppy is required. Your puppy will be delivered/shipped after the full amount of the puppy has been received. |
